  • No person should attend classes if they have any of the following symptoms: fever of 100.3 or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, nausea or vomiting, runny nose, or loss of taste and/or smell.
  • Mask wearing at TEEN DAY is optional for both participants and instructors (except in the instances listed in the rest of this policy). Anyone choosing to wear a mask while at TEEN DAY will be supported in doing so, regardless of the reason.
  • Everyone will be encouraged to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer while onsite.

Response to Disease

  • Anyone who has entered the meetinghouse must notify the TEEN DAY Administrator immediately if they have a positive screening for COVID-19 or they have been in contact with someone who has.
  • No person who has had a positive test for COVID-19 may enter the meetinghouse until they have completed a 5-day quarantine AND are asymptomatic for at least 24 hours. A mask must be worn when returning to TEEN DAY until 10 full days after the onset of COVID-19 symptoms or a positive COVID-19 test result.
  • If a person has housemates (family members, roommates, etc.) who have had a positive test for COVID-19, they may return to TEEN DAY if they are a) fully isolating from the positive member of their household AND are asymptomatic, or b) have completed a 5-day quarantine AND wear a mask until 10 full days after the onset of their household member’s COVID-19 symptoms or a positive COVID-19 test result.
  • If at any time or for any reason the TEEN DAY Administrator or Board of Directors determines that these protocols need to be updated to better support the needs of TEEN DAY or the larger community, these policies are subject to change.
